The concept for this kiosk was to create a secure and yet transparent structure. We developed a chain veil using chain mail link to form the free flowing form and freezing it through electric contact welding. The organic form of the chain mail veil is designed to hugs the masonry piers of the existing bridge. The structure is weather proofed with a resign coating which bonds the diagrid and forms a monocoque structure.
